The Operator Band™ is the first Survival Band designed to fit the mission needs of Special Operations Personnel. The Operator Band is not your typical paracord “survival” bracelet and is designed to give you components you can count on when needed. Designed by a Special Forces S.E.R.E Level C graduate the components of the Operator Band are designed to give you everything you need in a survival situation, which include fire, food procurement and the building of shelter.
In addition, the Operator Band comes with 80 lb. Test Braided Fishing Line, which can double to make a snare or shelter, 18″ 45 lb. Test Snare Wire with a water resistant coating, a pre-looped end for quick set up of the snare when needed, and a fire starter made of ferrocerium, which burns at over 3,000 degrees to help catch tinder on fire, among other cool and useful features like a hidden handcuff key.
To determine your Band size, follow these steps:
1. Take a tape measurer and measure your wrist at the largest part. String can also be used in the absence of a flexible tape measurer.
2. Based on that measurement, choose the size that best fits your wrist.
Small – Up to 6.5″
Medium – 6.5″ - 7.5″ (MOST POPULAR)
Large – 7.5″ - 8.5″
***Please note some customers experience slight shrinkage of their Bands when it becomes wet. We recommend purchasing a size that will be slightly larger to allow the Band to expand and shrink through the life cycle of the Band.
